It is a Collectors Item from Doug and Rich series where Rich was trying to make a foam handle application tool but never did succeed.

If used as directed

By heating the foam to soften it and then applying suction at a precise level we are able to insure foam handle will stretch and not tear or break.

The Box will run through a 15  minute cycle that starts with a low pressure priming cycle to give you time to get the foam handle in and air tight. Then it will pull and release for 75 times, 15 times per cycle for 5 different pressure levels from low to high to help insure even older brittle foam a tear free stretch.

We installed a COMPUTER CONTROLLED PRESSURE REGULTOR that is able to compensate for Temperature, Elevation, and Humidity. So you know that you get exact pressure every time.  It has been programed to start on a easy low pressure and slowly build to a safe but higher pressure.

The suction tube has a Heater inside it that heats to 98′ degrees to insure soft foam to prevent tearing.
